Evidence and limits
The parent names in the 1963 obituary for his mother and the cemetery index corroborate the identity and lifespan; the cemetery index lists Loretta Loyola “Loy” Malloy as a sister sharing the same parents — see Loretta Loyola "Loy" Malloy. The 1959 homecoming notice gives no vessel, route, or employer for his sailing work.
