Summary
Patricia “Patty” Wojan, born Patricia Anne, daughter of Walter A. Wojan and Vera M. Wojan, was baptized at Holy Cross Church on March 31, 1957. The Beaver Beacon reports her selection for North Central Michigan College’s fall 1976 nursing program and, under variant spellings, several earlier episodes in her school years.
Evidence and limits
Beacon notices track Patricia from her March 1957 birth through her 1965 First Communion (recorded as “Patricia Wogan, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Wogan”) and school honor rolls through 1967. As she is plausibly still living, no personal detail beyond these public school and civic notices is recorded here. Two further single-episode records almost certainly document the same young woman: a May 1975 graduation notice for “Patricia Wogan, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Wogan” (kept separately at Patricia Wogan) fits the year before this April 1976 nursing-program selection, the ordinary sequence for a graduating senior entering a fall program, and an April 1975 notice names “Patty Wojan” treasurer of that year’s baseball program (kept at Patty Wojan), using the same nickname in the same year. No single source states all these episodes describe one person; the link rests on matching name, father, nickname and consistent age progression across two decades of Beacon notices, not an explicit identity statement.
