Summary

Audrey (Wojan) Potter, daughter of Walter A. Wojan and Vera M. Wojan, served as secretary of the Beaver Island Flying Club when it formed in January 1971.

Evidence and limits

A December 1972 Beacon birth notice for her son, Jason Todd, names “Mr. and Mrs. Greg Potter (Audrey Wogan)” as parents and “Mr. and Mrs. Walter Wogan, St. James” as grandparents, directly confirming Audrey as Walter’s daughter and establishing her married name as Potter. Beacon school notices track her from the early 1960s through a 1967 “Best Flyer” award in a kite contest, an incidental echo of her flying-club office four years later, and honor rolls through her school years. The flying-club notice itself supplies no age or family record; the identification with Walter’s daughter rests on the December 1972 birth notice rather than the 1971 club notice alone. No held source records her birth date or later activity beyond 1972.
