It is kept separate from the “Walt Wogan” named as a passenger on the 1968 Beaver Islander because the held sources do not establish that the two records refer to the same person, though both are consistent in name and period with Walter A. Wojan, the St. James building contractor documented designing and constructing island buildings from 1955 onward under the same name and spelling variation. February 1975 follow-up coverage credits “Wojan Construction,” the same family construction business, with drawing up the hangar’s specifications and sourcing materials at cost — which strengthens, without confirming, the identification of the “designer” as Walter himself rather than a son.
