Summary
At a June 6, 2001 joint meeting, St. James and Peaine townships authorized supervisors to sign airport contracts. The following report says St. James appointed Robert Hudgins airport manager and awarded H & D, Inc. the 2001 Improvement Project work for the airport, Back Highway, Boat Company parking lot, and sanitary sewer system.
