A broad outdoor construction site fills the foreground, with exposed concrete-block walls, sand, tire tracks, stacked blocks, lumber, and construction equipment. Houses stand on both sides of the site, and a strip of water is visible beyond them. Bare branches frame the upper right under a bright blue sky.
