But it's damn hard and costly to relocate to and might be best to have multiple income streams to afford it. Summer lots of work, rest of the year it's hard. Also consider power, off grid if you can but best to buy property that can easily be hooked up to electric utilities. Most lots can not be unless many easements are used, good luck finding property owner to get easements near impossible on BI. Also road clearing during win"
