Press Release: The Beaver Island Historical Society hired Kayleigh Gregg as the new editor of the Northern Islander Newspaper. Gregg is an aspiring writer with a multi-faceted background. She will be moving to the island as a full-time resident from Nashville, Tennessee in April. Proud of her island roots, she’s eager to become a part of the island community. Miss Gregg has nearly a decade of experience as a small business owner in Music City. Her many skills include newsletter publication, web design, and devotion to the Oxford comma! “My love for the island runs deep, and I’m looking forward to getting to know it better come spring.” The first edition of the Northern Islander under new management will be available in April.
