RFP PROCESS & TIMELINE All submittals will be used by the Selection Committee to evaluate and compare the firm's abilities. Selection criteria will be based upon, but not limited to: • Company Qualifications • Company's Related Experience • Professional competence • Responsiveness and responsibility • Track record for similar scale projects in terms of budget and timeline • Home office location to the work Note: Selection criteria not listed in order of priority Timeline Summary RFP due February 10, 2023 Proposals reviewed by BIHS Selection Committee no later than 2/28/2023 Contractors notified of selection no later than 3/15/2023. INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS: The company selected to perform the work will be required to provide evidence that it possesses to the satisfaction of the Beaver Island Historical Society, adequate professional liability insurance in a minimum amount of $1,000,000 and all other statutory insurance required, that must be in force during the duration of this project. Upon acceptance of the winning proposal a current Certificate of Insurance must be provided to the District, prior to a contract being finalized.
