A black-and-white photograph shows a child standing on a dock with both hands on the back of their head, facing the side of a large passenger vessel. Several people stand or sit on the vessel’s decks, including a person beside a life ring and another visible through an open lower-deck doorway. The child wears a light-colored sailor-style outfit with dark suspenders.
