Summary
On February 5, 1966, Frank O’Donnell was injured when his car struck a large pine tree while he was returning home from St. James. The March Beaver Beacon says Dr. Haynes requested a Coast Guard helicopter for a nighttime transfer to Munson Hospital in Traverse City; it later reported that O’Donnell was doing well and recuperating.
