Summary
The December issue pictured poured concrete footings for wireless broadband towers and equipment buildings at the East Side Fire Station and the Donegal Bay Road township property. Steel for three 180-foot towers, including a third site at Greene’s Lake, arrived by barge on November 16. The construction schedule remained weather-dependent.
