Summary
The Great Lakes Lighthouse Keepers Association proposed an Island ceremony for the anticipated transfer of the Whiskey Point Lighthouse deed to St. James Township. Dick Moehl imagined participation by the Mackinaw, Interior Secretary Gale Norton, and Beaver Island students, while the Historical Society planned to explain the deed process during Museum Week.
