Summary
The June 2006 Beaver Beacon reports May business of the Beaver Island township boards. St. James passed a letter about controlling oversized homes to its Planning Commission, considered a county road-millage request, renewed a senior center tax-abatement resolution, activated a new Government Building phone system, and considered a tub grinder and cold-storage addition for transfer- station material.
