   A resident placed a four-wheeler rack, hunting-stand brackets, and a charcoal chimney at a named West Side Road/McCaskey Road location for free pickup, then invited people to watch for more items. A follow-up said the items had been taken. This documents an informal reuse practice, not an organized charity or inventory.
