Summary
In January 2009, the Beaver Island Senior Center and Charlevoix County Commission on Aging sought donated coffee mugs and silverware for the Senior Congregate Meal program. The announcement said the Community Center could high-temperature wash and sanitize the servingware, with an estimated reduction of 20–25 disposable cups and utensils entering the landfill each day.
Evidence limits
