Summary
The children of Russell and Joy Green invited the community to celebrate their fiftieth wedding anniversary on Beaver Island July 7-8, 2006. The later August Beacon thanks family and friends for making the anniversary memorable. The notice says they married on Beaver Island in 1956, provided milk, beef, and baked goods to the Island, and raised eight children while helping raise seventeen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
