Summary

In June and July 2016, a forum discussion questioned ATV use on Kings Highway and Michigan Avenue after a visitor reported receiving a warning. A later participant reproduced a summary of a Charlevoix County ORV ordinance that described broad road access but an exception for Kings Highway between the Whiskey Point area and East Side Drive, subject to possible township rules.
