Summary
The April 2006 Beaver Beacon’s “On This Date” column recalled earlier Island events, including the Acacia and Biscayne Bay ice rescue, township and highway actions, medical and energy projects, education and arts, historic ferry and fishing activity, and other community history from ten through fifty years earlier.
