Summary
After Sheldon Parker retired from Oldsmobile at the end of 1968, he and Bea Parker moved from St. Johns to their Font Lake home for the winter. The January 1969 Beaver Beacon noted that they had spent many summers on the Island and regularly returned for deer season.
