On March 8–9, 2016, Beaver Island forum participants reported repeated TDS interruptions and severe slowness. A participant in Greene’s Bay posted a local 24-hour monitoring graph showing extended high latency and periods of complete packet loss, and described effects on WVBI audio streams and telephone calls.
Evidence limits
The graph strengthens the record beyond an unmeasured anecdote, but it remains a single local observation rather than carrier telemetry, a representative survey, or proof of island-wide service quality.
