Summary

The Christmas 1957 Beaver Beacon reported another recipe contribution to a Historical Society cookbook: Mrs. Giles McCann contributed one of her mother Kitty Gallagher’s favorite recipes. The Society hoped to publish the recipes in longhand during the coming year and use the proceeds for its work.
