Summary
On August 21, 2002, three-year-old Hillary Rasch was pulled into the surf while chasing a swim ring and stopped breathing. Her father began CPR, Joe Cunningham called 911, State Trooper Mike Morey revived her, and EMS responder Bruce Cull checked her before an off-Island flight; the report says later tests were fine.
