Summary
After an October 14, 1997 emergency, Bud and Bonnie Keie publicly thanked the Beaver Island EMT Unit, the Welkes, and Island Airways pilots. Their note says the EMT response saved Bud’s life and that he later recuperated in Charlevoix after several days unconscious in intensive care.
