Summary
The Beacon’s February 2007 EMS report records 85 calls during 2006: 44 Advanced Life Support and 41 Basic Life Support. Twenty-two patients were transported by NorthFlight, six by the Coast Guard, and twelve by Island Airways; 19 were delivered to the Rural Health Center and 31 did not require transport. The proposed budget for the new year was nearly $83,000.
