Summary

The September 1961 death column remembered four Beaver Island-connected people: summer resident Martin W. Amoss, Mrs. Tony Wojan of the Walter Wojan family, Mrs. Russell Palmer, wife of a former island physician, and Daniel E. (Eddie) Gillespie, who was reared on Beaver Island and drowned at Lorain, Ohio.
