Summary
The first reported “Dawn Rollers” outing began before 8 a.m. at Harbour Market and was intended to be a bicycle race along Donegal Bay Road and Barney’s Lake Road. Cold weather and the beautiful morning changed it into a noncompetitive tour in which everyone could “win.”
Evidence limits
The feature does not give a participant list, exact route track, or evidence that the hoped-for annual event continued.
