Summary
Beginning October 26, 2009, the Beaver Island Community Center announced reduced off-season hours: 10 a.m.–6 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 10 a.m.–9 p.m. Friday and Saturday. It planned to close Sundays except for the monthly Commission on Aging dinner and to continue the schedule through Memorial Day weekend 2010, with movies and events normally on weekends.
