Summary

During May and June 2021, the Beaver Island Commission on Aging adapted its programming to COVID-era limits. Notices described preregistration and capacity limits, suspended congregate meals, outdoor and remote activities, revised office hours, and food and meal-voucher assistance for clients. June notices also document a canceled volunteer visit, a postponed photo-identification event, frozen meals, and the gradual return of outdoor and chair-yoga programming.

Evidence limits

These are first-party administrative notices. They document announced services, eligibility, schedules, and restrictions, but not participation, delivery rates, or whether every planned activity occurred.
