Summary
In March 1975 the Beaver Island Civic Association reported using new island printing equipment to make one-page tri-fold promotional brochures. The brochures were distributed with boat schedules and through chambers of commerce, roadside information centers, restaurants, gas stations, and airports. The Association also advertised low rates for businesses’ own brochures or ads.
