The Beaver Island Cultural Arts Association announced a 2011-2012 mini-grant program for local artists. The November 2011 Beacon says the program was funded by Baroque on Beaver proceeds and could support materials, rehearsal and performance space, travel, seminars, or classes, subject to residency, experience, application, and community-sharing requirements.
