Summary

The editor’s note in the combined March and April 1981 issue says 1981 subscriptions would be extended into 1982 because of the publication gap and sets the tenth of each month as the deadline for submitted articles. The November–December issue records a later machine overhaul that prevented a November issue and a December 8 broken-nose accident that delayed completion.
