Summary
In October 1969, Beaver Island families met with Keith Lampkin, the county 4-H agent, and began clubs in sewing, knitting, cooking, cake decorating, leathercraft, camping, and flying. Island youth also exchanged visits with Petoskey-area 4-H groups, attending schools and community activities there.
